That front-line experience on both sides of the table now fuels his work advising dealers, distributors, and manufacturers across the country.

For the past 14 years, Bradley’s firm, Hartmann & Co., has trained thousands of construction leaders each year through executive coaching, online programs, custom workshops, and keynote speeches.
